So, one of the questions I am asking the incarcerated parents during the interview is:
“What book or author have you enjoyed reading most since you’ve been incarcerated?”
The overwhelming answer is James Patterson. If I didn’t know better I would think he was paying these people off to give his name. Mind you, I have never read any of his books. Although, I am eager to now, seeing this loyalty to his work.

Well, James P. is very prolific so there is always something new to read. Much of it though is written in partnership with others. So , depending on the length of your sentence, there will also be more , um, sentences to read.
I would probably read mysteries as well. Agatha Christie, Ngaio Marsh, Martha Grimes, Elizabeth George, Patricia Cornwell.
or the Twilight series. over and over and over.
